The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) perpetuates the deception that they examine all causes of climate change. They only examine human causes, which you can’t identify if you don’t know or understand natural causes.
It’s coincidence that Public Relations (PR) and Peer Review (PR) have the same initials, but apparently there’s a connection in Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and Climatic Research Unit (CRU) science.
It appears there’s a media blitz to recover lost momentum as the public reject claims of global warming.
Some know the inadequacies of the world temperature data. Few know the degree of manipulation and corruption of the data done to prove the 20th Century temperature increase was unnatural. It completely undermines the scientific claims of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

Now that warming has failed as the political vehicle, water is rapidly advancing as a replacement.
The science is settled and the debate is over for the Warmists. However, science continues with the Skeptics, as it should.
Catch-all words or phrases provide for unusual circumstances, but assume it’s confirmed with facts and logic. Climate change is usual, but IPCC climate science falsely ‘proves’ it isn’t, which allows them to misuse a sound principle.
Billions of taxpayers dollars are wasted on politically motivated climate science, most of it on buying and running computers incapable of modeling global climate. They're incorrectly programmed so a CO2 increase causes a temperature increase to fulfill the saying "Garbage In, Garbage Out" (GIGO).
Quit the IPCC. Reduce Environment Canada to data collection. Use the savings to set up the Climate Change in Canada project again through the National Museum of Canada and encourage other nations to do the same thing for their region. Hold biannual international conferences at the Museum to combine findings. Politics has no place in science.
The cliché about models is garbage in garbage out (GIGO); but who put the garbage in, decided what happened to the garbage while it was in the model, and then decided how the garbage was used once it was out?
